Making New Custom Coins

Hey everyone!

I haven’t posted in a while so I’ll give an update on what is going on. So I recently took a vacation and met up with my family for a get together. Before I went though, I decided to cast some custom pirate coins to give to my nephews for a fun little treasure hunt they could do.

I decided to make some pirate coins so I designed and 3D printed them and then cast them in bronze with some left over metal I had from previous projects. Below you can find the link to the video on my YouTube channel so you can check out how they were made.

I still have a couple left available in my shop if you would like to purchase one and I’ll be making more so if you don’t get one right away just be patient.

These coins were really fun to make but casting in 110 degree weather here in Las Vegas isn’t always the most pleasant feeling, especially when you have a 2000 degree furnace blowing on you as well.

Overall the kids were very happy with them and now they want more! I guess I’ll have to design something new for the next time I see them.
